Whilst visiting Tokyo, we did not miss the opportunity to take a day trip to Lake Kawaguchiko and Churieto Pagoda, in order to view the elusive Mount Fuji. This active volcano is also Japan’s highest mountain at 3776 meters. It last erupted in 1707.
